Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Australia Wide Shipping:

  • We ship to all locations in Australia from Bondi Beach
  • All orders are shipped via Australian Post. Both Standard and Express shipping are available
  • Standard: 2 to 4 business days- $8.90 (Australia Post)
  • Express: 1 to 2 business days- $11.50 (Australia Post)
  • Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address
  • Deliveries are sent during normal hours Monday- Friday. Orders are processed and shipped within three business days
  • All orders over $150 receive FREE standard shipping
  • Mini Folk takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated

International Shipping:

  • We currently ship to New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore and Indonesia
  • Standard shipping flat rate- $25.00 (Australia Post)
  • Please allow 7-21 working days for international orders to arrive
  • If your desired shipping country is not listed above, please contact hello@minifolk.com.au to discuss alternative options
  • All orders over $250 receive FREE standard shipping
  • Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address
  • When orders shipped internationally reach your country destination, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates
  • Unfortunately, Mini Folk cannot be held responsible for any custom duties, foreign taxes, or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information

 Returns:

We understand that everyone changes their mind sometimes and Mini Folk accepts returns for full price items that that adhere to the below conditions.

Conditions for Return:

  1. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. All original tags must remain attached
  3. Items must be in original condition and not worn
  4. Please email hello@minifolk.com.au to receive the return authorisation number, form and return address
  5. Unfortunately, sales items are final and cannot be returned

Any items returned outside the 7-day return period or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way will not be accepted for return. Mini Folk reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions and will return the item to sender.

Mini Folk take extreme care in ensuring your goods are of the highest quality. If for any reason you find a fault with the one of your products we will happily replace it for you. Please contact Mini Folk at hello@minifolk.com.au 

Sometimes it can take a while for parcels to returned to us, so please allow 15 days for us to process your return. Once received your refund will be processed as soon as possible and funds will be returned to the Credit Card or PayPal Account that was used for the original transaction.

Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as Mini Folk cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold onto your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived safely to us! Mini Folk do not cover any postage costs associated with returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are the responsibility of the customer.
